The quality policy of FQC ITALIA S.R.L. is set out by general principles which form the basis for the development of corporate activities; these principles are made known through the publication of this document. FQC  ITALIA S.R.L. understands the importance of impartiality and ensures objectivity in the execution of activities, managing all possible conflicts of interest.

 

Policy:

 

•    comply with the legal provisions and rules relating to the sectors in which it operates;
•    ensure that third parties have access to their assessment, certification and inspection services by non-discriminatoryly applying the rules contained in the business management manual and the documents that complete them, ensuring impartiality of evaluation and judgment in all business activities and services;
•    ensure the absolute independence, impartiality and integrity in delivering its services, thereby also maintaining the status of type A Inspection Board;
•    ensure that the internal management system is properly implemented, in order to achieve the satisfaction of its customers and all categories of stakeholders, with a view to continuous improvement of the company, in the delivery of evaluation, certificate and inspection services;
•    ensure the necessary expertise of all staff involved in certification, inspection, evaluation and training;
•    Take responsibility for assessing objective evidence for sampling on which decisions relating to the issuance of certificates, inspection reports, evaluation, and other third-party opinions are based;
•    ensure with the utmost transparency public access or disclose appropriate and timely information about the operational processes, the status of certifications of all client organizations and the geographical areas in which it operates;
•    comply with the confidentiality obligations of the current law in relation to all confidential information collected during the course of its activities;
•    treat complaints appropriately, ensuring a quick and effective response;
•    consider the risks associated with providing competent, consistent and impartial third-party service;
•    minimize the possibility of non-compliance with reference rules and business rules by correctly defining, planning, executing and controlling the activities related to the services offered to the market;
•    To prevent technical, economic and financial risks induced by interface and/or design and/or construction errors by project verification and minimise the risks of contract-based design variants;
•    To prevent, through technical control during the construction of the works, non-compliance with project specifications, the inadequacy of the works carried out with regard to mechanical actions, normalize the risk of collapse, total or partial, of the works, prevent technical risks that can cause risks to people and/or damage to works of unacceptable magnitude;
•    define annually, with the contribution of the organisational functions involved, specific and measurable objectives and staff training and training plans in order to improve the effectiveness of the internal management system and its evaluation processes/services, certificates and inspections;
•    periodically review your management system for continuous improvement of the quality of the services provided, including by verifying the achievement of the specific objectives defined and analysing their performance over time;
•    In the context of EC certifications, work actively and continuously in accordance with the other NB for the areas of expertise, in accordance with the EU Commission's Guide A Line.

 

The business activities for growth and improvement are put in place by the Management through the detection of customer satisfaction, as part of the checks on business processes. The Directorate ensures that this policy is understood, implemented and supported at all levels of the Organization.
